Snow Ice @ 100 YEN Shop

These few days was fucking hot. I got no idea about what was happening to the earth recently. I was having dinner at Suzi's corner and later on when I finish my dinner my whole back was wet flooded with sticky sweat. I thought I was just finished playing a tough badminton game. I was fucking pissed due to the hot weather. I need something to chill out. So, one of them had given me a choice to have some snow ice to chill out. We went to a 100 Yen shop at Wangsa Maju.

Yeah true. 100 Yen shop wasn't a restaurant. It was a shop that really sold things in 100 Yen. It was like a 7-11 but the difference were all the goods have the same proce (100 yen) and the shop wasn't running 24 hours. There was a small kiosk with a ice blending machine and two small tables that fits approximately 5 person. That was where I going to chill myself out.

I was wondering 100 Yen equals to how many ringgit?

100 Yens equal to rm3.73. But all the goods inside was selling in the price of Rm4.90. We paid Rm1.20 more compare to the actual convertion rate of the day.

They provide 7 types of non fattening snow ice. It was an ideal dessert to those who was undergoing there diet plan. Compare to ice cream, the snow ice was healthier. You need to jog about 10km to burnout the ice cream but you just need to walk 2km to burnout the snow ice.

The mango snow ice. Mango flavoured ice cub was shaved into small fine piece of snow ice mixing with some mango nectar and some mango cube for the topping. Compare to GTS (Gei Tuck Sek) one, I still prefer the GTS one. GTS provide the best mango ice in Malaysia.

As usual, green tea was always a great match with red beans. Green tea smell wasn't too strong suitable for those who not pick green tea as their favourite. More red beans will make the sonw ice more perfect.

Milk taste snow ice with chocolate powder topping. My favourite snow out there. The taste was like a cup of milk mixing with a jug of cold water. That means the milk taste wasn't strong enough. But overally, it was the best pick for snow ice based on my opinion.

If you would like to have some caffein for your night. My pick for you was the coffe snow ice. Taste like a packet of  coffee powder mixing with a lot of water. Coffee taste wasn't too strong. Suitable for those coffee lover. If you are don't like to eat nuts please tell the cashier not to put nuts for the topping. Because one of my friends put all the nuts always before she started to eat.

The weathers was killing nowadays. Do chill yourself out at 100 YEN shop with just only RM4.90 before you get killed by the sun. I was not so chilled. Tomorrow was predicted hot, I need something better to chill out.

Poco Homemade

Poco Homemade. How many of you heard buefore? What is it? Where is it? I bet most of you don't know that there were such a shop occur in Malaysia. I also dunno that shop until one of my friend told me that was a nice place to hang out. So, at last we gave it a try for today afternoon tea time.

Poco was just like a piece of gold hidden under the ground. If you were destinated to find it, you will find it. It was 4 pm and I was walking in to that shop. Phew!!! There were no customer inside. Only two workers with some very unique handmade pieces of work. I wasn't feel strange about the shop was empty because POCO was really hard to find. Until we finished our food, there were only two of us there.

Why Poco got the name Homemade? Many of the item inside the restaurant was made by the owner. Like the bags hanging on the wall were all handmade the owner. Another things was the bags were ready to sell to those who wanted to brought them back home. Althought it was quite expensive, but I think it was worth buying because of the genuin handmade. You can't find any other same design as the one you get from Poco. Left bottom picture was the curtain made by the owners to seperate the kitchen and the dining area. The top left picture had  shown some drawing by the another owner. Full of creativity shown by the owners. Salute to them.

POCO MENU

POCO special. Nice but I dunno how to describe about that taste. It looks like Ribena but it wasn't taste like blackcurrant. Taste like lychee but not wasn't lychee. Serving with some jelly underneath made the drink perfect. Thats why called Poco special.

Forgotten the name but it was a new product by the owners. You try vanilla milkshake, choc milkshake, strawberry milkshake but not this green tea milk shake. The shake was milky enough. The green tea taste was moderate after mixing with those milk. It wasn't a great problem if you are a green tea lover. Left thumb up and also my right thumb.

#3
Fish Katsu set with curry and also Miso soup. The fish cutlet was deep fried golden brown and the crispyness had reach the highest level of deep fried. And the most important things wasn't nay fishy taste that irritate your meal. The curry was way better than the mamak one. No wonder can finish the whole plate la.
RM13.90

Homemade chicken roll. I can say that you can find this chicken roll only at Poco. Seaweed wrapping with chicken, sausages, crabstick, carrot, spring onion was a brand new combination. Dipping with mayo made the roll much more nicer. Crunch!!! Crunch!!! Crispy...
RM11.90

Accidentally consume it before photography session. So, I gotta download some photo from the official website to merge with the cake that bitten by someone. Poco homemade cheese cake. Brand new combination again. Green tea + cheese. The bottom layer was crunched Mcvities biscuit. Following by a layer of full cream cheese. Cover with a layer of gelatine green tea. I would order this again and again and again.

fullhouse cafe

Fullhouse cafes were famous and popular among the youngster in KL. Nice decorating and interior designs had caught the attention of trendy youngster. Nowadays, theme restaurants were a trend in Malaysia. Lots of lots of  theme restaurant were set up in the town area to follow the trend and to make more money.

Fullhouse was one of the well-known theme restaurant. Yesterday, I paid a visit to the Jalan Yap Kwan Seng branch.

At first, I had a good overview of this restaurant with the nice interior build up. And the food for me wasn't bad. At least, they still have the standard that they should have. From order until the dish was served, everything was still ok. I was satisfied with that.

The soup that they provide were ok. The cream of mushroom was like the canned mushroom soup but the taster was way far better. The tomato soup was a bit too sour but still acceptable if you like to drink the spaghetti red sauce. Both of the soup were ok for me.

Chicken tenderlion serving with tomato sauce topping, mashed potato, two small carrot sticks, half of whole vege and some fried flour sticks. The whole plate charged about rm18.50. The food was not too bad as I think, because the tomato topping was perfect match with the chicken breast.

The problem came when the dessert was served. We ordered a dozen of dessert that we think the dessert served there was awesome but not as good as we thought. But we know theme cafe was not so good about the food. They did more works on their decoration and ID more than the food. So, it was acceptable. Until we left the last 3 pieces of cake, Sue and Teressa put something rotten into their mouth. "Sue, is this cake rotten?" said Teressa. I took the leftover near my nose to give it a smell. FML...weird smell all over my sinus nerve.

Without a second, we called up the waiter around us and told us this cake got problem. This was what the respond to us. "Sir, we will check about the cake you order see whether if there any problem with the cake you ordered, if there were any problem, your dessert free of charge la." We start to chit-chat again until we called the bill. There were no feedback to us at all after what the waiter told us. When I seek through the bill, I found out that they still charged my dessert. OK, I called the waiter again. How come you charge my dessert, the cake no problem izzit?  "Sir, one of our cake that contained in your dessert was rotten, but can't give you free unless all the cake got problem." said waiter.

An hour ago, you said that we will given foc for the dessert if the cake was rotten. Now saying that only one cake of the dessert was rotten, they can't give us foc. What the hell were you all talking? Let's put it be misunderstanding between customer and waiter. I had heard wrongly what the waiter said. I am not mean to requesting FOC stuff from you. What I need was the feedback from you. They don't even let us know what happen on our cake until I called my bill. They should told us early and a simple apologize will settle the problem. The should give me feedback as fast as they can not until the time that wanted to leave the cafe. If I don't ask what was happening to my cake, I bet they will just let it be. What kind of services you have? If this incident happened in mamak store, I can forgive but not in FULLHOUSE CAFE. You all were a well known cafe in the town and you all were charging 5% of services charge. And this kind of service I get. What's wrong with you? Later on, they offered me half dozen of free cake and I had refused to accept. Because my complain was not about money but was about your service. Service come first.

Aren't you tried to fool me again by giving me all 10 cents for change? What's wrong with you?  Or maybe I was too sensitive. In conclusion, your service was sucks.

No more YKS branch full house. FUCKED UP!!!!
